Research
In Human Factors AS we have extensive experience in working with academic institutions, researchers as well as students, in gathering data, writing papers and articles, in order to understand and develop the Diversity Icebreaker. More than 30 researchers in 20 countries have been involved. Books, papers and articles have come out.
Our extensive academic network is what we look upon as our R&D department. Most of the research is empirically oriented doing comparisons and analyses to other tools and assessments, like MBTI, personality, emotional intelligence, team-work, interpersonal interaction, conflict styles, cultural values, learning styles, decision styles etc. A type of research that is more difficult to execute, but very interesting, is on the classical seminar itself and the effect of the use of this and the language of Red, Blue and Green in the organizations. We search opportunities for such kind of research.
Any type of research that might be relevant for increased understanding and use, is welcomed. We normally support research material for free. Please contact bze@human-factors.no if you have any questions or ideas to discuss.
